My Bolvian rams feel healthy enough to start being aggresive twoards each other. One has a territory beind the driftwood, and one tries to have a territory in front of the wood, but the other one chases him out. The 3rd one protects the flat rocks, and I don't know about the other one. Sometimes, They flare their gills and lip lock or something similar, and they chase each other. Is this signs of pairing or just natural aggresion?

it sounds like natural territory disputes, do you know the sex of them all?

Hahahahaha @ the sigh...

I am trying not to reply to all your posts as I don't want you to think I am a stalker LOL

They have officially settled in and are now in the stage of working out who is the big boss and owns the most territorium... after a week it should be settled... plus the big boss will have the most attention from the ladies :luxlove:

ya im pretty sure they wont be aggressive when there paired, just give it a bit, my german blues locked lips for about a week after i got them and then they settled down. I guess they realized there was only 2 rams in one big tank and split it 50-50 :D

So how long do you think it will be before I have a pair?

Once the territoriums have been formed they will have a place to pair :1luvu: Before that the love couple have no place for themselves :hmm3grin2orange:
