A 5 gallon?

I know there are 5-gallon saltwater tanks, I've seen 1 gallon nano's, but Lets say I wanted to start up a 5-gallon nano tank in an Eclipse 5-gallon Hex. Would this be okay, or would the filter be too much/salt do weird things to the acrylic?

If by some odd chance it would work, how would I go about getting started, and what cost would I be looking at?

acrylic tanks are fine for SW, but with the lighting youre limited to few corals. a basic 5g saltwater, including a large salt bag, hydrometer, 7lbs LR, argonite, a other stuff would be $150+
