salt water newbi 30gl salt tank

30 gl is setup and has been cycling for about 4 weeks
I have added live sand right away
have added 2 live rocks
added 5 more live rocks
trates trites and ammonia are off the charts
have done 3 small water changes to no availe
just did a 75% water change trates trites and ammonia are still present
I have 1 hob filter
1 protein skimmer
next water testing will be sunday 31st
