The stuff used for in between tiles (not the stuff under, mortar). i am wondering if it is safe to use the somewhat water proof shower grout in fish tanks? i used it with frogs (which are also super sensitive) and it worked great, but i sealed it. also it was not submerged in water.... what do you think?

also, i use a steel mesh frame to give basic shape and such. it will be completely covered when finished, so no metal would stick out...but is that ok? i am not so knowledgeable about fish sensitivities.

any help would be great!

No. That stuff has a fungal eliminator and can't be used in fish tanks.

cement can be used, Quickcrete is good, give it a week to cure and a vinegar rinse to remove excess alkali
