Finrot? - Bronze Cory

Evening all.

Ive noticed a few of my Bronze Corydoras have slightly ragged top dorsal fins, some worse than others. Some have a slight white-ish colour around the edges.

I have 6 in total of which 5 seem to be affected, again some worse than others. They share a tank with 9 Tiger Barbs of which I could possibly suspect but this has only been a recent thing and they have been a community for about 2months.

Water parameters are stable apart from slightly high nitrates of which I am working on.

I would say that is fin rot. If it was the tiger barbs you think they would go for the tail too. Not sure which treatment method to use being these are cats and all. Those high nitrates could be the cause of it since those nitrates settle on the bottom of the tank and cories don't like high nutrient levels.

I have done some prior research and gone for Myaxin. I have had success in the past with Waterlife products so hopefully this will sort the little fellas out!
