Somewhere over the summer I read an item online about repairing things underwater at aquariums and what they use. It is a concrete product and it doesn't hurt the fishies.

Anyone have any idea what it is? I need to make something. :o)

Repair things? Like? I think the others need more information...

I want to make bases for my plastic plants so that everytime I do something in the tank I don't end up screwing things up. I'd also like to take a few pieces of rock from my yard (I have plenty) and build "stuff" with it.
Also, this is a product that is widely available in home improvement stores.

Most of us use aquarium-safe silicone as a glue for things such as those of which you speak.

Mostly for aquarium purposes, poeple use silicone sealent. Make sure to buy aquarium safe silicone. This needs to dry for a week before water is added to it.

There is aproduct from drs foster and smith that you are speaking of. It like hardens underwater and is (of course) aquarium safe.

You could always use quickcrete, just make sure to let it cure and stabalize before you put it in your tank.
