Just saw some of these online. Super cool looking. Ive never been too much into plecos but I really like the looks of these. Thinking about getting one for my 39g tall or my 55 once it gets big enough. Any experience or info on these?

I like it. Looks like a beefed up rubber lip pleco. I personally want a Sultan Pleco (L264) Leporacanthicus Joselimai.

3350133502 very nice fish. In fact more a hillstream-fish. Cooler, oxyginated water.-

sweet, thats why I like them I have a group of hillstreams in a river type tank. That tank is pretty much all bottom feeders though and I want something for my 55. It stays at 77 degrees and a PH of just below 7. How big do those bad boys get? Would they be ok at that temp? If not I may still have to get one for my 40b river tank. Such a awesome looking fish, looks armored.

Never saw those until now, also a very cool pleco. I may end up getting one for each of my three tanks if I can find ones that meet the requirements.

3352733528 adopted mine and it's in a tropical tank. Not perfect, but I did put an extra filter in to create mote flow (powerhead is a good idea). It is in with some Corydoras Aeneus, L144's and some tetras. Pulled out the heather, so temp is around 20-22 C. Noticed they are more carnivorious than I thought. Tabs/pellets containing protein, frozen food aso they love it. Feeding a kind if granules as well, that divides over the bottom. Just to ve sure it will be getting enough food. http://www.aquariumdomain.com/viewSpeciesFreshwater.php?id=191
