I've read the rules for entering photos in competitions and I'd like some clarification on what "colouring up" is. I'd like to enter one of my photos, but I took it with Instagram and applied a filter. I don't have the original anymore so I was wondering if this photo would be eligible or not. Thanks.

I have yet to see an Instagram filter that wouldn't be classified as "colouring up"

Perhaps you cold take some other photo using the same filter and post it to illustrate?

There is no problem with cropping or minor adjustments to the brightness and/or contrast of a picture. You just can't change the color of your photos

When we are accepting entries there will be a thread started in each category. Within the first post of that thread there will be a link to use to submit your entry. That will take place between the 1st and 14th of each month
