You should be able to turn them of if you do not like them. Personally I enjoy them. (most of the time)

I have actually never bothered making an account with taptalk. I have it on my phone for reading and checking up on threads but never for posting. how well does it handle multiple forums with various accounts?

It is supposed to handle it very well. That is to a large extent what it is designed for.

It's great, I back out of this forum and go to another, I love the "unread" option, giving me all the ones that have changed since I last viewed the forum
