As I was eating a large bag of mixed nuts my wife bought me we were discussing our favorites. What's your favorite type of nut?

Mine is either cashew(which is actually a legume) and Pine nuts(pignolias).

It depends.
Cashew or hasselnuts to eat as snack. Peanuts are also very good if you by them fresh, roast them yourself without addatives and eat them before they cool down again. ( allthough peanuts are another legume.)

In food however I prefer walnuts.

Dunno why.. I just like Cashews.

Sometimes Almonds... but.. mainly Cashews.
