question about Ich

so i think my tank has ich as i noticed some of the fish are getting the whitespots and one of them is very inactive. anyhow, i put some coppersafe in there today and all the other fish in the tank became very vibrant, even the sick looking one for a while. now hes back to hanging in the gravel and the spots are still on all of them. how long does it take to take effect. also too, i have a 55 gallon tank and it said to put in a capful for every four gallons of tank, well doing that took out over half the bottle, how often am i supposed to put this stuff in there as this would get pricey if its a lot. thanks everyone

Well, when my 55 first got ich, i ended up following the directions on the bottle, and soon after, it was gone!!
It only cost me 1 bottle. good luck though, i hate ich! its icky!!

the best stuff Ive ever used for ich is AP quICK cure.It worked every time.Ive heard it should not be used with catfish but I used it with them and I had no losses.Good luck.

ive used ick away with wonderfull results, treatment only take a week and ive never loss a fish to ick because of it

usually no, when i have treated it i didnt see it gone till like the 4th day
