HELP! Why is my email appearing?

Please help - why is my email address appearing? No one else's is, and I really prefer it wasn't out there. Can anyone help me? Perhaps I need a new user name or something, but I can't find a place to change it. Thank you so much!

In the top bar, go shop menu>shop main>username options>change username>type in your username you desire>follow steps from there.

Apparently where it asked for User Name, you put in email. LOL

My husband said I should call muself BettaMommy - or maybe Bettamame? Bedamame? - after those yummy Japanese soybeans. Well, maybe not:confused:
