My new Betta

So I got a Betta today, I only got the one, and if he thrive sin his tank I'll get either a glass angel fish or some albino catfish to go with him.

Nice betta,

I think a albino corycat would be the bets choice (of those two) for company. The tank looks small for an angel.

What ARE cory cats? I cant for the life of me figure it out, I look at the shop and theyve never heard of the either, just normal catfish

Cory cats are catfish of the corydoras family. These are usually the fish one are talking about when talking about albino cats but the term also refers to albino specimens of all other catfish species such as this albino catfish (http://www.aquaticcommunity.com/universal-viewid247.html)

Albino cory catfish has a body shape similar to other corydoras species such as this corydora species (http://www.aquaticcommunity.com/universal-viewid85.html)

Ooooh i got ya, here they are called albino and bronze catfish, any other type of catfish is a bristlenose, glass etc

Lol those were what i was looking at getting. We stopped by another pet store today to see what they had. The most gorgous gouramis called Red Flame gouramis, but the shop assistant didnt think they'd get on with a Betta, ahhh well

Hmmm are Bettas sposed to blow bubble nests? Hes made quite a large one taking up a full corner of his tank, its over his heater. Do I leave it or remove it?

He will do bubble nest. You can either, leave or destory it. I preffered to leave there with the time it will be destroyed.
