Bettah fish

Hello there, I am Conehead. I am more experienced in outside water ponds and comet goldfish, but am interested in obtaining a bettah fish for my 2.5 gal. tank. My question: Can I use an in-tank filter with this type fish or will it disturb the water surface too much? 8O [/img]

You can use an in tank filter if you don't plan to breed them.

Umm.. I use a filter in the tank, it doesnt seem to bother my betta
