Need a nice air pump, will this work

since my new Sa/CA and my goldfish tank is mainly run off of sponge filters and i have them in all tanks, I am wanting 1 air pump. Will this give me great flow for 12 big sponge filters......

It has 112 watts and produces 110 litres(sp?) per minute.
