I am actually starting to feel bad for this person. They have been reposting the shop on there for about 2-3 months now. They started out at $65,000 and know they are all the way down to 40k.

I feel bad for the owner too...that's a huge amount of money he's put into it.......although....you may want to keep an eye on this store if it's near you. The owner may end up with a going out of business sale and you can get some pretty sweet deals that way!

I can't believe that price. I know how it is though, one of the guys in my office owns a bakery/coffee house downtown and has to sell it because he works too much in our office and with a new baby on the way the just don't have the time for it. Sad, it was a nice place.

Yes, I think I would have to put signs on all the tanks, saying that these fish are not for sale.

That location is not very far from my house (20minutes), so I am going to drive down and check it out...at least to see what is up.
