Help?!

Im not sure what type of pleco I have its just the one common ones that you can buy at the local fs or even walmart. Any ways I just noticed it seems like he has been cleaning as well as he normally does, and now I just noticed that he has some wierd growth on him. Its kinda brown and white and bubbly? Any ideas on what it is and if I can treat it? He is currently in a 45 gallon with about 5 guppies that just spawned so there is also about 10 fry or so. Any help at all would be great.

Anything white I would say sounds like ICK. You can treat it but some pics would be really good. Where are the bumps?

Ive dealt with ick before and this is different. its on the stomach and he holds his body away from the glass so im thinking it might be painful. I will see if I can get some pics.

Maybe he got some fish eggs on him, they are brown/white and bubbly right?
