I know you can seal brushwood and bamboo with polyurethene varnish, but can you seal larger pieces of wood?

Also, how do i know if a varnish is safe?

I wouldn't even try it.

well, bamboo and brushwood will rot after a few weeks.

ive heard of it being used in aquariums, but i dont know how to tell if the ingredients of that brand are safe

Varnish is not for fish tanks. Please do not use it.

Seal them with a 2 part marine grade epxoy and wash the heck out of them use vinegar and scrub use soap and scrub. Rinse everything off extremely well.
