Live rock

i was just wondering.. when curing live rock, should you aquascape first, or separate them out in the tank until curing is complete. Also, should sand be added after the rock?

if youre adding all LR at once and curing it, do the aquascaping. if youre curing in a separate tank, theres no point in making it nice since it will be moved.

is there a specific reason to add sand before? i read that you should put after because the rock may slowly fall through and make the formation instable. is this not accurate?

ive never heard that, ive always added argonite first. as login as you make sure the rockstack is stable you should be fine

yeah, im going to school here at Western. I LOVE the town now. I'll probably end up staying here to teach after i finish my post-bac :)
