Im looking for a canister filter for my 75g tank. I have 2 canisters on my 55g tank but idk If I want to pay out that much again. Any suggestions about canisters, and If I just used a canister will one be enough for a 75g tank?

i would go with one HOB and one canister, for the HOB a biowheel 350 and the canister a fluval 405

I want to plant the tank. Is a hob filter going to make to much water movement on the top of the water.

if you keep up with tank fillings after evaporation youre fine. the HOB should be on one side of the tank so not much will be disturbed
