Looks great to me ! and I know what you meant by "waited a month to finally put water in it."... I had the same problem... Had to wait to get the filter, the test kit, heater... and blablabla... and now, I'm saving for a RO system... and fishes (cauz they'll cost me more than what I had expected at first... :S)

Still, your tank looks great !

Thanks! and hey, if something looks stupid (my bubble bar not working like the other one and showing a little) let me know. thank you for the compliments.

Good lookin tank. I would add some large rocks and tall plants to the back of the tank though.

hey thats very nice my friend.
you have arranged it somehow symmetric :)
also you can add some tall fake plants in the back in front of heater and filter intake [Only Registered Users Can See Links.]
edit: well Ed mentioned it too.

If your going to have an oscar, dont waste your time on plants, just get large rocks.

Thanks tropfish, and i figured out why the other bubble bar wasnt working good. it was pinched right where you connect it to the bubble bar. All fixed and now more aeration.

hes gonna take a baby oscar so i think there will be no problem with the plants within next months. when it become mature might do somethings.

Guess BearsFan is AquaKid? So many changed their names here that I no longer know who I'm talking to.

The tank looks nice but I agree with tall plants in the back corner surrounded by rocks so the oscar will leave them alone. He will have no need of the centerpiece rock. You could take that back and get him so tall plants?

Love the black background and stone colors.

Thanks everyone, and yes Lady it is me aquakid lol. And As for the centerpiece i got it a few weeks ago and i dont htink i can return it. It is rather wobbly so im not sure what im going to do. As for the tall plants in the back ill see what i can do. thanks for all the comments. And Oh the black background was actually kind of cool because i had this planted background that has gravel and stuff the scenery stuff, i turned it around cleaned it with a hot rag and slapped it on. Im very happy with the outcome of it.
