got beat up

[Kaga's Kritters]

one of my gold barbs got beat up. he is missing scales and and eye. poor guy. he is just kind of hanging out at the top of the tank. he is also "gasping". either the serpaes or my panda tetra did it, they are the only ones in the tank that show much aggression. my paradise gourami chases a fish here and there but nothing like the others, so i doubt it was him. i decided to rearrange some fish now. i moved the gold barbs into my 10g and moved the danios that were in there into the 29g. The danios are nippy and fast enough to handle the serpaes and the panda tetra. plus the 29g gives them more room to swim since they are a faster fish.
is there really anything i can do for the one that got beat up, besides adding stress coat.
