O WOW! Thats A LOT of fry! They look like a bunch of bees buzzing around your firemoth's, like they stirred up a nest lol.

Cngrats Hobbs! What are you gonna do with them all?

LOL thats why most breeders have fish rooms designed to rear the fry....
Lots of tanks of different sizes, all bare bottom so there is less work to keep the tanks clean. A lot of hobbyists who get into breeding forgot, the show tank is what got us into the hobby in the first place.

Hi Andrea

Nope. Didn't work. Link takes you to log in page.

I have a Firemouth now but now sure what to do with him. He was in with blood parrots but they are 5 times his size and rather bully him so all he did was hide in the corner. I now have them with my silver dollars where he promptly stole the featherfins cave.

He doesn't like that featherfin much at all. I thought featherfins were supposed to do so well with cichlids.

If I can repair my 29 to where it doesn't leak, I may put the firemouth in there for now until I can figure out what to do with him.

You should get a couple of firemouths and have a tank for them. I bet they would really color up and show there true pesonality. lol sorry thats just me dreaming. If my gf wasnt so worried about me spending money I would have 100 tanks in my house right now. I have this BIG house with nothing in it. I need more tanks!!!
