What do you use in your convict tank for algea eaters? My convicts killed my pleco and now the algea is getting really bad. So what do you use???

my pacu seems to take care on algae, but thats too big for your tank. lol

try some fast siamese algae eaters like the p has

good point, if you have a pair they will kill all other fish when theyre protecting eggs

well yeah, a pair with fry. They've killed my pleco, so I was wondering what other people use with a pair.

lol, nothing can really go with a pair. when my rare white female laid eggs she took on my oscar even, and she almost won. now i keep them separated so they dont breed anymore, the female is with the pacu and oscar

you could also go with a toothbrush and a chainmail glove. Although they might even bite through that you never know. Once convicts mate they will and can take almost any other fish in your tank. They may be small but they arnt afraid of anything.

definitely. all of my tanks have mag-floats, they save alot of work. especially on reefs
