I went to the local Big Al's to check out the pricing and availability on stuff for a marine set up. Anyways, they had bags of live sand (which expired as of last month haha), but the bags were sitting on the shelves. I was under the impression that live sand is supposed to be refrigerated, is it?

planning and scheming...I picked up a 10 gallon with an AC mini filter for 6 bucks at the thrift store:D the plan is to keep easy corals and some inverts. I just finished making a stand for it, just needs to be stained.
