Hello everyone my name is Steven and I live in Georgia (U.S.). I don't have a lot of aquarium experience. Actually, I started my first aquarium yesterday. So I hope I will learn a lot from this site and the forums.

Wow. You are a newbie. You will love the hobby!! Check out the link in tank setup regarding cycling the tank before adding fish and read the compatiblity charts. Those should help you with a few initital questions.

Yeah, I wish I had taken more time to set up this (temporary tank). It's really small. I kind of got it as a gift. But I always wanted an aquarium so I just set it up without much thought. I will be moving my fish to a new much larger tank soon so I have the opportunity to start over and do things right. I only have three small (noob) fish right now.

**IMHO, Cycling is the worst part... if you get over it and manage to do it correctly, you'll really enjoy having fishes... :P tho, don't rush stuff up... :)
