As a permnent aquarium yes. As a holding tank in a store not that much.

i believe its a permnent aquarium due to it being in a house

Im not sure that it is in a house since everything you se in the picture is aquarium related including the pictures. Could be in "nicer" store, allthough it could be a home aswell.
