could i put them together in the same tank??? or would they fight??
i heard that the asian red crabs like some salt in their water so i was wondering if they would be a good pair??? or would they fight??
thanks,
Curtis
I wouldn't. I try to give crabs that size around 4 to 5 gallons of space each so they do not kill and eat each other...

well it would be in a 20g tank....so i shouln't try it?? so i would have yo set up my own tank for that??
P.S.
How much room would 2-3 aisian crabs need?? 10g?
Well.... you can try it. Just make sure there is enough food for the crabs and you may be alright. I just haven't had much luck with them myself.

Ok well in the tank i have the 2 fiddlers and i have lots of rocks that they can climb on and get out of the water..i have sand for substrate and i have a beach of sand for them to get out of and if t hey want to burrow they can burrow in that. I have a heater in the tank that keeps it at a constany 75 degrees F. I do not have a filter yet but i am planning on getting one in the future.
I don't have any specific lighting just a normal lighting for plants but it is a little old so it does NOTHING for my plants. And also i feed them crab pellets, frozen bloodworms/brine shrimp, ghost shrimp, freeze dried shrimp, shrimp pellets, lettuce, aquatic plants, freeze dried tubifex worms, and fedder guppies (live).
So would that be enough food and stuff?? for about 2 asian red crabs??
Curtis
Well. Give it a shot and see how it goes. Just keep us up to date on it.:hmm3grin2orange:
