12 days....

ok well it has been 12 days since my betta bred last....now do you think that i can breed them in another 2 days (making 2 weeks???) or should i wait the whoe 3 weeks???

My male is nice and plump (not too fat) and my female has a fair sized belly....for the past 2 weeks i have been conditioning them with:
-live/frozen brine shrimp
-frozen blood worms
-crushed freeze dried shrimp
-cruched freeze dried tubifex worm
-betta pellets
-betta flakes
That is everything that i have been conditioning them with.

So would i be ok in 2 days?? or should i wait the 9 days to make 3 weeks??

Maybe later on i can get a pic of what the male and female look like to give you the size of their bellies and such.

You could try putting them together and see how it goes... if the male is too rough, go ahead and pull her back out. Good Luck!!!

Like in 2 days. My angels spawned every 6 days like clockwork back when I was breeding them commercially.

Your bettas should be fine as long as their healed and healthy. Cant wait to see the pics of your bettas I dont think you have shown them before.

no i havn't but....the camera i am using isn't the greatest so i have to be still and wait for the right moment to snap a pic. So well i will def. try to get some but no guarantees.

Thanks for the replies. So i am going to put them into the tank together on friday (well the female in the little cup) and wait until friday night or saturday to release her.
