I've never seen my silver dollar fish and I've had them over 3 weeks. How can I get them to eat and what would be there fav. treat? They spit out the fish flakes and the frozen pea I put in there they won't bother with that , but my other fish go nuts for peas. They look good, and seem fine , so why won't they eat? anyone who can help me ...Thank you in advanced!

It might be due to the high ammonia levels in your tank. (if this is the same tank as you have posted about before?) Have you tried giving them frozen food like bloodworms?

William, yes it's the same tank.I have freeze dried blood worms. How can I be sure they get it and not my other fish.My others are stingey little boogers.I haven't fed them all in a while, until last night I gave them a frozen pea.The silver dollars never attempted to eat at it.Full3R, I hope that's what's happening. They still are very shiny and seem fine.

What other fish is he (or she) in with?As william said its proberly high ammonia in the water. Carry on with the water changes. I hope he starts eating. Fish can go a long time without food and some take a long time to settle in. My angels went streight in and started eating where as the keyholes took a little longer at about a week. Hope he starts eating soon and good luck with him.
