Here's my anemone! Bubbles! This is were I placed her yesterday...and she hasn't moved...she's inflated enough and coloured up enough...all good! *knockonwood*

...and here's my clam...and my little Acro frag...I didn't want to start up with SPS if they don't like my tank...so this teeny tiny disc is my 'experimental' SPS...

OOOOH!!! Very nice, Rue! Congrats!

Saltwater is so neat! It's too bad I can barely afford to keep freshwater... :ezpi_wink1:

Thanks! Yes, it certainly is expensive...which is one of the reasons I didn't go bigger!

That and maintenance...

really nice rue. I'm hoping to get an anemone for my new tank next week

However, did you intentionally place all of the Caulerpa taxifolia in your tank?

Thanks cocoa. Apparently the memory is fading fast. I even commented in that thread.

Thanks guys!

Anemone is still doing well! So I think we made a good transition to my tank!

And no...the macro is there all by itself...I've already done one major harvest of it...but we like it, so it stays! I figure as long as I keep it under control it can only help water quality...

Mmm....I've always liked the looks of the feather macros but I have never been able to keep them long term. They always end up going sexual and then I have to pull them all out. Don't know the secret to keeping them from doing that.....
I would love to have a tank just filled with them but don't think that's gonna happen at this point! So if anyone knows the 'how to' I would love to hear it!

Glad to hear the anemone is doing well Rue! :c3:

My new tank which I will hopefully be setting up within the next week will be running the miracle mud method. I will be using macro algaes which are under the light 24/7 as this stops them going sexual
