So i was doing some cleaning around the yard today and thought i would take some pictures to show you guys our ponds

The first one is our big pond its filled with elodia guppys mosquito fish TONS of little shrimp and those little so and so's we like to call dragon fly larvae i beleive theres some feeder gold fish and a few juvinile perch in there too
and water lettuce

its filled up by a peice of pvc running from the guttering of the shed to catch rain water and it has a small fountain in it (not running in the picture)

the second is the smaller pond its got some elodia in it too and a hell of alot of java moss (through alittle left over stuff from the tank in there and it took off)
a few guppys and water lettuce (im sure some of the shrimp have tagged along in there with the lettuces from the big one)

Very nice pics, makes me wish I had a pond.

Pic size doesn't matter, as long as you attatch them as thumbnails, like you did.

yeah should be interisting trying to catch all the fish and what not and keep the bacteria going

i think we might keep them all in some tubs for a few days and cement it this time

That's beautiful. My son has a huge pond is his yard but all he grows is ducks.
