Up until about 4 days ago my neons were little pigs.....now i'm down to one small pinch a day and they still don't want to touch it. I dunno whats going on. Nothing has changed. I was thinking about not feeding them for a day and then trying again...maybe make them realize what hunger is again? lol
Its just weird how its just been in the past few days.

Regular tetra flake....I haven't switched anything up. so I dunno, its just odd that they would not eat out of no where.

well sometimes i would give them some different type of fod. Like frozen blood worms, frozen brine shrimp. They will enjoy these and it will keep them eating their normal flake food. Thats what i do. And you can give them the frozen stuff once a week.

My tetras and rasboras haven't been eating a lot lately either. Maybe they just need a break.

Thats what i'm thinking. I let mine go for a day, maybe they'll be hungry in a few minutes when I feed them b4 bed. If not I'll go out to the store and buy something else. Either that or maybe now would be a good time to order some NLS, since i'll be getting new fish for the 29gal soon.

Be careful with NLS and tetras. If I am not mistaken NLS doesn't make flake....just very very small pellets. My tetras didn't even eat the smallest pellets. My tetras only eat blood worms or flakes so just giving you a warning and something to reconsider.

I did find one flake they carry. Also garlic flakes, I believe.

Whats the weather like there? I have seen my neons stop eating right before a big cold front....

Try doing a WC with slightly cooler water and see if it helps. They may end up spawning, but if they eat afterwards that would be the goal, right? LOL

I feed my small Tetras frozen BBS every day. They also get flake but the BBS is what they really go for.

i thought BBS should only be fed once a week cause they can cause swim bladder??

I picked up some bloodworms earlier, the tetras ate them :)

well thats good that they are eating them....i knew that they would eat them...i don't think that any fish can resiste them. But give it to them max once a week. Give them some flakes before you go to bed and see if they eat the flakes. They might eat them now but if they don't then i don't know whats wrong.
