I have 3 neon tetras in a 5 gallon tank. One of them is staying in the middle of the tank. He used to stay close to the bottom and school with the others. He is not schooling with the others much. It almost appears the other 2 are hanging out in the middle to be with him. When I walk in the room they usually swim behind a cave we have for them. The sick one is staying in the middle mostly. When he does notice me there he swims really fast darting around. Once he hit the tank wall. If he goes down to the cave with the others because he is scared he doesn't really swim with the others like before. He didn't eat today. He has no color changes or bumps on him. His fins look fine too. Could this be his bladder? Is there anything I can do for him if it is? We have had these fish for almost 1 year. We had one die several months ago. He acted sort of like this one but swam on his side. Any advice appreciated.
