Can anyone advice me some vegetables to feed gouramis and tetras???

I know cucumbers is a good options.. but, what else? How big must the pieces be?:4:

zuchinni...but you have to boil it for likee a minute to soften it up so it is easier for them to chew. Corys also love them and shrimp.

I finally got a veggie clip yesterday and can clip the goodies to the side of the tank. I haven't tried the cukes yet myself and was going to today but I don't know as they can eat it. How can they bite thru that? Mine get romane lettuce (romane), spinach, parsley, zucchini.

Don't leave it in the tank too long. Twelve hours or so.
