ok well i know that amano shrimp can live in brackish water so i was wondering if they could live in brackish water with 2 fiddler crabs???? In a 20g tank??? or would that not provide the shrimp enough room to swim around???

thanks,
Curtis

The one time I had fiddler crabs they ate the shrimp in the tank, they ate each other, then my wife brought a turtle in, thinking it would be a nice addition and it ate the last crab remaining.

ok well then i think that i will scratch off the shrimp idea. Right now the shrimp are just in a little 1.5g tank. So i have to get a bigger home for them.

This was a Red Eared Slider she got from the Savannah River delta. So it was definately in Brackish at the time. Howver, turtles are known for moving from water source to water source. And there is a lot of water down there in Georgia....

o....ok.....well do you think that about 5-10 inches of water is enough for about 1-3 amano shrimp???
cause i think that i might try it and see what happens.
