Pleco Problems

I just moved my pleco to a ten gallon so it wasn't in the ph level of the africans but it seems its tail is trying to float and he is trying to swim down, any thoughts on what this is?

Mabey swimbladder problems? His tail only is probobly floating because hes hanging on with his mouth.
