Slow growth

a couple of months ago i bought a white gourami and a blue gourami (females) and the blue bullies the white a little and so does my male blue gourami but he also bullies the blue female and the blue female and white female were the same size the blue has grown to just a bit smaller then the male but the white has barley grown at all any ideas why?

It could be the one is fully grown or hasnt started to grow another is it has a problem with growing

Different individuals can grow at very different paces.

William is right. or the white one isn't getting enough food to grow.
