ok well how come in a SW tank you have to have water movement???? I don't understad this.??!!:confused:

There are more filter feeders in a SW tank, so you have to make sure the water is moving well to circulate the food to every spot in the tank. The live rock and corals need the water movement but I can't give any more details than that since I have only researched minimally and don't have a SW tank.

corals require it to bring them food and clean them off, and the flow represents a natural reef
