I picked up 2 more albino corys today so now I have a total of 5 in my 29. I got really small ones so I hope they are males as the 3 I have in my tank are big fat females. Maybe I will get some eggs too in time!!

Awe :) I was looking at some albino's at petsmart earlier and they're so cute! One big guy was in the corner laying and a little itty bitty one came over and was like crawling all over it....it just stayed so still. All you'd see is it looking up occassionally at the one crawling on it. It reminded me of a dad or a grandfather with a child. haha I know that sounds stupid but it was cute :)

Corys rock. I think they have quite a bit of personality.

I strongly agree CAF...they aren't my favorite fish looks wise but they are great fish to have in a tank in general. My 3 would stick together and have fun so hopefully now with 5 they will play even more.

Albino and peppered cory are the only ones I can find. I guess i'm gonna have to look hard for the panda's I want to get. :c2:

I wanted sterbai corys at first I think they are like peppered corys but I think the albinos suit my tank better. I have black eco-complete substrate so the albinos really stand out.

Sterbais get pretty big, cory wise.

I was really suprised at how big the albino's were at petsmart. I thought they stayed fairly small but these guys were larger.

I will try to get some pictures of mine sometime in comparison to something but one of mine is at least 1.5"s.
It's a fatty.

Megan,
Depends on which species the albinos where bred from. C. aeneus and C. paleatus are the usual base species, and the latter is a larger fish.

Peppereds for sure. Some populations are easily as big as Sterbeis. Four inches isn't uncommon.
